    • Where you, in accordance with clauses 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 above, provide us with Personal Information or other information or data, you warrant that you have the legal authority, permissions and/or consents to do so.

      • use appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of such Personal Information.

    • Personal Information that we collect may be stored, processed and/or transferred outside the Republic of South Africa.
    • Where your Personal Information is sent or transferred by us to a territory outside of South Africa, we will ensure that the relevant provisions of the POPIA, including those referred to in clause 7.4 above, are complied with as well as any other applicable laws.
    • You expressly agree to such use and/or transfers of Personal Information.

    • We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Information that is in our possession against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure and/or unauthorized access in accordance with applicable law.
    • Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that your Personal Information that is in our possession has been accessed or acquired by any unauthorised person, we will notify the relevant regulator and you, unless a public body responsible for detection, prevention or investigation of offences or the relevant regulator informs us that notifying you will impede a criminal investigation.
    • Notwithstanding the above, because the Website is accessible via the internet and the internet is an inherently unsecure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of information (including, without limitation, your Personal Information) you send or transmit to us online (including that it will not be intercepted).  As such:
